Parenting: Emotions and Affection (Recorded Workshop)
Parenting: Emotions and Affection (Recorded Workshop)
Unlearning Labs are interactive workshops that create space for participants to unlearn and unpack certain frameworks that may be keeping them from reaching their goals and living life in the ways that are fulfilling and sustainable. These Unlearning Labs are centered on the lived experiences of Asian diaspora, but are open to all participants who might resonate with the immigrant and diaspora experiences.
This one hour pre-recorded Unlearning Lab - Parenting Edition: Emotions and Affection will focus on tangible skills that parents can teach their children to develop the emotional resilience, granularity, and regulation skills that are necessary for them to engage their world with awareness and empowerment. Parents will unpack their own myths surrounding emotional expression, understand the critical function of emotions, and learn hands-on tools for teaching their children how to understand their own emotional lives and harness the power of their feelings to aid in decision making and creating positive change in their lives.
Once payment has been submitted, you will receive an email with a link to view the pre-recorded workshop at your leisure. Payment for recorded workshops are nonrefundable.
