Unlearning Labs are interactive workshops that create space for participants to unlearn and unpack certain frameworks that may be keeping them from reaching their goals and living life in the ways that are fulfilling and sustainable. These Unlearning Labs are centered on the lived experiences of Asian diaspora, but are open to all participants who might resonate with the immigrant and diaspora experiences.

This one hour pre-recorded Unlearning Lab - Parenting: Conflict and Negotiation will focus on helping parents unpack their frameworks surrounding conflict. They will explore the idea that conflict is a necessary and critical skill-building opportunity for their children. Parents will also learn how to encourage effective decision-making skills and foster the development of negotiation skills within conflicts.
